The Ethics Commission (EC) has taken the following recent disciplinary action. According to Section 2.7.3.2 of the Enforcement Procedures for the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics, with the exception of those cases involving only reprimand, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) “will report the sanctions and Standards of Conduct that were violated in Association official publications and to any appropriate persons or entities.”
