Participants with postconcussion syndrome were taught breathing exercises and given a heart rate variability (HRV) monitor to promote reduced anxiety. Outcome measures included the Perceived Stress Scale, HRV, and anxiety tracking. Each measure improved for participants by the study's conclusion.
