This systematic review examined home physical activity adherence for stroke clients. Poor reporting of randomized controlled trials was found, with the adherence diary as the most common reporting tool. Stricter compliance with Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials guidelines and complementary direct adherence measurement is advised to improve activity adherence research.
