Quantifying Therapist–Patient Roles Using Video Analysis During Occupation-Based Therapy

This study analyzed videos of occupational therapy sessions with clients with stroke to understand the roles and cues used by therapists and clients. Results show that certain physical and verbal cues were used more frequently and that roles and cues were influenced by the functional level of the client.
