The purpose of this study was to identify the role of sexual health in occupational therapy practice at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC). The methods used in this study consisted of surveys and a focus group. Results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and were used to identify the top five reasons occupational therapists do not address sexuality. The conclusion of this study is that the role of sexuality is often ignored in occupational therapy.
