Many farmers must sit on a tractor for prolonged periods, placing them at high risk for pressure-related complications. A force sensing array (FSA) four-dimensional (4D) pressure mapping system revealed that pressure was statistically significantly higher on farmers while driving a tractor on rough terrain than when sitting still.
