Abstract
Some 44 American Occupational therapists spent 16 days in Japan the end of May, first of June 1981, as part of a study tour. The Japanese Association of Occupational Therapy planned an exciting learning experience for us, and the Metropolitan Tokyo Government included our Tokyo Seminar as part of their recognition of the International Year of Disabled Persons.
The following is the first part of a presentation that I gave at that seminar on May 26, 1981. The second part will appear next month.
