Abstract
This article concludes the two-part report of a study designed to investigate differences in professional productivity based on the level of education. Career contributions in practice, education, research, publication, professional activities, and health care policy formation were studied. The alumni of various colleges and universities were also compared to determine differences in productivity patterns. The first article reviewed the literature and the methods. The current article details and discusses the findings and offers recommendations for education and research.
